Suman Kalyan is the CEO of OM JANAH AI Solutions (OJAS) Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheads cutting-edge AI initiatives with a vision to drive innovation and growth in the post-COVID hyper-tech economy. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key positions such as Chief AI Officer at NSTARX and Global AI & Technology Expert at Accion Labs and Ness Digital Engineering.

A distinguished alumnus of IIT Madras, where he earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees, he is a globally recognised AI leader from Silicon Valley. His expertise lies in conceptualising and incubating advanced data science and AI projects across various industries, including healthcare, higher education, and industrial automation.He has led transformative AI and machine learning initiatives across North America, Europe, Japan, China, India, and the Middle East. At OJAS, his leadership is focused on enhancing business intelligence, customer dynamics, and consulting in business analytics, machine learning, and NLP.

A Distinguished Alumni of BITS Pilani and a Development Economist, he ensures OJAS's financial stability and growth through strategic budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. As the CEO of the Confederation of Empowerment Initiatives (CEI), he has led award-winning development projects globally. He also a Mentor at the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, and the Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) at BITS Pilani.

Dr. Subir Chakraborty is a nationally and internationally acclaimed Medical Director and Consultant-A Nephrologist, with over 40 years of experience in the field. A high achiever in his B.Sc. and M.B.B.S. degrees and holds an M.D., D.M., and DNB. An esteemed alumnus of the Institute of Kidney Diseases & Research Centre in Ahmedabad, he has authored and published numerous research papers in prestigious medical journals, contributing significantly to the field of nephrology.As an educator, he has taught both undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (M.D.) students in renowned medical institutions across India, including MGM Medical College and M.Y. Hospital in Indore, as well as IKDRC in Ahmedabad. His vast experience includes serving as a Consultant Nephrologist (Head of Nephrology Unit) and Acting Head of the Department of Medicine and Nephrology in various institutions under the Ministry of Health in Sharjah, UAE, and Oman.
